About Foo Jyh Howe
Jyh Howe graduated from the National University of Singapore with Second Class (Upper) Honours. He is a litigation lawyer and has assisted in a wide range of litigation matters, including defamation, breach of trust, debt recovery, contractual disputes and deputyship applications under the Mental Capacity Act. He has also assisted in drafting corporate documents such as the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for an online retailer. Jyh Howe has a strong background in the law of intellectual property, having scored a Distinction for the Intellectual Property Law Practice module in the Singapore Bar Examinations.
